Items are returned to us in one of three ways.  Situations of varying degrees dictate which is chosen.

1. Items are shipped back, buyer paying for the return shipping.

2. Items are shipped back, pays return shipping by standard rate.

3. Items are shipped back, compensates buyer for shipping costs with additional candles in reshipment.

Returns and Exchanges
Making sure you are happy with your purchase is very important to us!  All returns must be made within 30 (THIRTY) days of receipt.  After 30 (THIRTY) Days the sale shall be final.  All returns must be assigned an RMA Number.  You can obtain an RMA number by emailing us or calling us.  We are not able to accept returns without an RMA number.  Any returns sent to us must be shipped back with adequate insurance to cover the entire contents of each parcel.  Normally carriers like UPS and FedEx will insure a parcel for up to $100 by default.  Often, will ship above $100 in a single parcel.  You must purchase additional insurance if you wish to be covered in the event of loss or damage for any parcels retuned to us. If you have any questions about returning candles please ask before you ship them back. By purchasing from our site you agree that all sales shall be final after 30 (THIRTY) days.  In addition, you agree that any returned candles must be returned undamaged and that you will only receive credit for undamaged candles returned to us within the 30 (THIRTY) day period.

Damage Claims
We take extreme precautions to ensure that orders are carefully packed and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. When you receive your order, please examine the merchandise immediately for any damage.  If you do have any item(s) that are damaged, please contact us right away so that we can file a claim with the carrier.  It is very important that you also save the box and all packaging material that the damaged item(s) were shipped in for inspection by the carrier.  Failure to do this could result in the carrier denying the claim.  You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order about any damaged item(s) in your shipment.

Remember, in the event that any product must be returned to us, Please contact us first!  We promise, we'll make you happy!  Nearly 100% of the time, the customer pays none of the shipping!
